Public School 166 Richard Rodgers School of the Arts and Technology, is located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York. Rules and Conditions of Sale: 1. Every reasonable effort has been made to describe auction items accurately, but all items are sold "as is" and "where is" and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of description, authenticity, value, or fitness for any purpose. If there is a discrepancy between the catalog description and the donated item, the donated item has precedence. 2. By participating in the auction, each bidder recognizes and agrees that the PS 166 PTA, Friends of PS 166 and PS 166 nor any of its members are liable for any occurrence resulting from the use of the auctioned items or services. 3. All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not allowed. 4. Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price. Shipping will incur extra charges. 5. All items have been donated to the PS 166 PTA for this auction and are auctioned by the PS 166 PTA and not by the donors. Purchasers may not ask for refunds or exchanges from the donors.
