I will be running the 122nd Boston Marathon on April 16, 2018, for the 2nd time, on behalf of Massachusetts General Hospital in support of pediatric cancer care. I am honored to be given this opportunity for a 2nd year and to run on behalf of such a prestigious organization. I was inspired to join the 2017 Mass General Marathon Team Fighting Kids' Cancer... One Step at a Time as a way to give back to Mass General for the excellent care I received in 2012 and the comfort my family had given the reputation of Mass General. I understand first-hand why Mass General is a world-renowned health care organization and why people travel from around the globe to receive care at Mass General. Last year, the 2017 Mass General Marathon Team Fighting Kids' Cancer... One Step at a Time raised $1.3+ million for pediatric cancer care at Mass General, of which I raised $15,300. I'll be preparing & fundraising for the 2018 Boston Marathon but I cannot succeed alone - I need your help to reach & exceed my minimum fundraising goal of $16,000. Please consider supporting Mass General & help me exceed my goal for the 2018 Boston Marathon. Together we will continue to make a difference in the lives of the children receiving care at Mass General. Compared to the struggle these amazing kids go through, running 26.2 miles is nothing!
