Who we are
The Jeffco 4-H Funding Committee is a non-profit group of adult and youth volunteers who have taken on the responsibility of raising funds to support non-profit 4-H programs in Jefferson County, CO through holding a family-style Barn Dance and Silent Auction.
Our Goal
Our goal is to coordinate the raising of funds to support facility costs and other non-profit 4-H youth programs and activities. Funds raised are used to pay for fees for facilities 4-H clubs use and for scholarships and activities that enhance skills, prepare for shows and hold events at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds throughout the year.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Advance Dinner Sales Only.
- General admission tickets available at the door the night of the event.
- No alcohol permitted.
- All donation items are used at the discretion of Jeffco 4-H Funding Committee

Doors open at 5:00p.m.
Huge Silent Auction begins at 5:00p.m.
Dinner is served at 6:15p.m.
Dance is from 7:00 to 9:00p.m.
General admission tickets available at the door and still on this website until Friday May 11th.
Tickets sale are subject to processing fees of 4.5%.

Your donation is tax deductible as a contribution for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please make your donation out to Jeffco 4-H Funding Committee, a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 46-438518, and we will provide a receipt for your tax deduction.
