National Museum of Women in the Arts – 2013 Spring Gala Auction
Auction Ends: Apr 19, 2013 11:59 PM EDT

The 26th Annual Spring Gala

Under the patronage of His Excellency The Ambassador of Denmark, the National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) will celebrate its 26th anniversary with a black-tie gala and auction inspired by the spring exhibition "A World Apart: Anna Ancher and the Skagen Art Colony," celebrating the Impressionist movement at the small seaside community of northern Denmark. Upon arrival, guests will have the opportunity to view the exhibition before moving to the collection galleries for cocktails and an exclusive, high-end silent auction featuring the best in travel, accommodations, and luxury goods. Once the auction closes, the evening continues with a gourmet dinner and dancing in the elegant Great Hall of the museum. The Spring Gala is our largest fundraiser; proceeds from the event support the programs, exhibitions, and education initiatives for students and educators. Ticket Information: Individual - $650, Gala Patron - $1,000, and Tables - $10,000 and up.
