A special thanks to Century Pittsford Wines and Tony Gullace of Max of Eastman Place who have teamed up with wine connoisseur Sherwood Deutsch of Century Pittsford Wines to offer a private wine-tasting luncheon scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2014. Tony Gullace will serve a multi course luncheon at which time we will be comparing wonderful California wines along with famous wines from France.
Amuse Bouche:
Watermelon cube with 12 year old balsamic
1st Course:
-Macaroni and Cheese ~ butter poached maine lobster with creamy lobster broth and mascarpone orzo
2nd Course:
-Surf and Turf ~ sauted monkfish osso bucco with braised oxtail, salsify and cepes
3rd Course:
-Double rib lamb chops with cassoulet of beans and rosemary
4th Course
-New York state artisan cheeses
5th Course
-Banana split ~ banana ice cream with white chocolate-banana crepes and chocolate sauce
