Eight people are invited to join in this rejuvenating and refreshing Yoga Champagne Brunch:
A 60 minute outdoor yoga class will be taught by Nicole Ward. With over 15 years of teaching and over 100 hours of television teaching, Nicole is an experienced, informed, and comedic instructor offering next-level education to inspired students and teachers throughout the SF Bay Area. Her teaching style has developed to offer modifications for the therapeutically focused and advancements for the athletic practitioner. She offers classes for adults, children 5-12, tweens & teens, at-risk youth, cerebal palsy, multiple sclerosis, and more? including every body in the fun of yoga.
After yoga class unwind and enjoy a delicious Champagne Brunch hosted by the Stubblefield's.
