Artist Bio:
Since giving up her studio in 2019 and moving into an RV with her husband and dog, painting on location has become Deborah McAllister?s main approach. She?s always enjoyed road trips and is inspired by the constantly changing scenery. Her current project is 80-8 x 8? oils of her travels, which will be presented by Gallery 8369 in Grand Lake, Colorado in August 2020.
Awards in 2019 have included 2nd place in the Snoqualmie Falls, Washington plein air festival and first place in ?Fresh Paint in Old Tucson? plein air competition. Representation is by Rijks Family Gallery in Crested Butte, Colorado, Studio 8369 in Grand Lake, Colorado, and Mary Williams Fine Arts in Boulder, Colorado.
