With a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, a laundry room with washer/dryer, a living room with a cozy fireplace, new carpet throughout the lower level, 3 large flat screen TVs, DVDs, with surround sound throughout the house and on the patio, plenty of comfy seating for everyone, and decks to enjoy off the main living areas, your stay will be more than you ever imagined.
All bedrooms and baths have linens from Restoration Hardware,and there are Ralph Loren beach towels, umbrellas and chairs to use on the beach; everything is there that you need to make your stay totally enjoyable. Just bring your clothes and the desire to make great memories! Ample parking in a two car garage with a covered carport also, and street parking.
The first bedroom has a new queen size bed, as does the second bedroom, the third bedroom has a trundle bed, with a large flat screen tv, dvd,, and the fourth bedroom, the huge master, is right off of the beach and boardwalk, with a new King bed, with large flat screen TV, with views that will mesmerize you. All bathrooms are shower/tub combination, with granite counters, and the master downstairs has green glass counters with a beautiful jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
Balboa Pier and Balboa Island ferry are a short 5 minute walk away, Ride the ferry to the island and visit the quaint town, with restaurants, shopping and charming cottages on every street. Beach activities, including swimming, surfing, volleyball, and just hanging out and digging in the sand, are right out the door.
The Balboa Fun Zone is just up the street with rides, restaurants and bars for evening entertainment. You can visit Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Legoland, Universal studios, San Diego Wildlife Park, and Fashion Island, all just a short drive from your front door. Enjoy deep sea fishing, golfing, skating, biking, or the local music at the park, just up the street, close enough to walk and enjoy!
