Visit Maui, Hawaii and stay at Hale Akua Garden Farm for two nights/three days for two people. (Accommodation only, meals are not included, but there are kitchen facilities. Travelers will need to rent a car at the airport.) We live in harmony with the earth. No chemicals or pesticides are used.
Solar energy generates most of our water and electricity. We invite you to enjoy our classes in organic gardening, composting, integrated pest management, yoga and meditation. Come, connect with the earth, pick your lunch from the fields and take home what you’ve learned to create delicious food in your own back yard or apartment balcony. Relax in one of Hale Akua's pristine, spectacular, ocean-view hot tubs; awe to an amazing star-filled sky; swim in our 60-foot salt water pool or relax in our cedarwood infrared sauna. Massage and classes in Compassionate Communication are also available to you at extra cost. After spending time with us, we encourage you to experience more of Maui—amazing beaches, picturesque Hana, and spectacular Haleakala, Maui's extinct volcano. The Sunrise Center’s desire is to support, educate and empower the growth of a community, which celebrates the dawn of a greener world.
