Large deck perfect for grilling on gas or charcoal grill, and entertaining. Lawn space ample for games, such as bocce ball or bean bag toss. Well suited for both adults and kids!

Sits on 1/2 acre of land. Walking distance to Starbuck Beach (~1/2 mile) and Madaket Beach (~3/4 mile via Starbuck Beach).

This BEAUTIFUL home was generously donated by a great, long time friend and Parents of 2 preemie babies.  There are no exchanges, returns or refunds.  Arrangements will be made with the homeowners.
