Description
The winner of this package will have the use of a fully-furnished corporate apartment at One New York Plaza in downtown New York City for up to four days and three nights (room and tax only). The room has two bedrooms, an offfice with a pullout couch and three bathrooms. Included with this package will be Broadway theater tickets for two and transportation to the theater.
One New York Plaza, located at Water and Whitehall, is just a short walk to the Battery Park, the largest public open space downtown, and minutes to numerous restaurants and retailers on Stone Street and the South Street Seaport. The building offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline.

Item Special Note
Due to availability, winner will need to coordinate dates with the item donor a minimum of six weeks in advance. Apartment can be used from Friday - Monday only. Broadway theater tickets are subject to availability.
Q: I also noted the package includes two Broadway tickets. Can I select the show? For example, I am interested in seeing Wicked. Would I purchase the tickets on my own or will I have to coordinate with the offerer? Bidder can pick the show and coordinate with offerer to obtain tickets. As noted above, the donor will provide two tickets as part of this package.
Q: Is there an expiration date on this offer? In other words, can I wait until the end of this year to stay at the apartment? There is an expiration of December 31, 2015.
