Some restrictions do apply when using this certificate. Please observe the following redemption policies in regards to the use of certificates:
Certificate may be used at either of the hotels, subject to availability; holidays and holiday weekends are excluded. Therefore, we suggest that you have at least 2-3 date options available when you call to make your reservation.
Gift certificates will not be honored if either hotel is projected to sell out.
Use of gift certificates for reservations during holiday seasons will be at the discretion of the hotel management.
In the event that multiple room nights are awarded, please be aware that room nights may not be split or divided over several different dates.
Gift certificate covers ROOM AND TAX ONLY.
All other incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.
Gift certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Original certificate must be presented at the time of check-in.
