Winner needs to contact Thomas family to have the certificate put in their name. Required surcharges (energy, occupancy tax, bed tax, fees or other miscellaneous) are the responsibility of the occupant and are paid directly to the resort. Surcharges are subject to change without notice. Effective Oct 17, 2016, Resort fees are $7 per person per day, collected at check in. Not applicable for children under 12. The certificate does not indicate a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by resort and season (eg Spring Break).
