Welcome to Casa Dulce Vida where you can start living the “sweet life” in the Mexican paradise of San Pancho, Nayarit, just one hour north of Puerto Vallarta. As you enter our enchanting tropical garden you will find a beautifully designed 4 bedroom 3 bath hacienda that can accommodate 8 and has 4 outdoor covered terraces. It has purified water and fans and A/C in every room. Built in 2014, we are 3 blocks from our stunning beach and steps to restaurants, shops, parks and golf. Our home offers all the comforts for a memorable vacation – heated pool, custom furniture, linens, stocked kitchen, pool & beach toys, DVD collection and games for all ages.
There’s music on the main street most nights and watching the unique and famous sunsets is pueblo tradition. Home to a turtle sanctuary you can even help with the release of baby turtles as the sun goes down. Or if bird watching is your passion, San Pancho is one of Mexico’s premier areas with regular tours. The Pueblo has also become an important Polo Center with regulation fields featuring international polo matches, exquisite horses and riders and fine dining. Even with all of these fun things to do, San Pancho remains a small, welcoming Mexican town.
