How do you get started?
You and I begin in person. Prior to our first consultation, however, you will complete a questionnaire and quiz to help me understand you, your goals, your expectations. We then schedule a day to meet and spend time together in both your working and living environments. This 6-hour session will give you the framework to become the CEO of your own career, providing the key steps on how to appear, behave, and communicate every single day to align with your brand and self development.
I will make sure you stay on track by continually providing feedback and guidance over the next 7 weeks through our weekly, 2-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions. Each session will build on strengths you acquired the previous week. The homework I give you will focus on personal development throughout a variety of channels: introspection techniques unique to this course, supplemental materials, books, personalized quizzes…and a few surprises! Week # 9 is the wrap-up session summarizing the previous 8 weeks and ensuring you move forward to achieve future goals. For this final consultation, you have a choice: We can spend our time together via Skype, as we have for weeks 2 through 8, or, for an additional fee, we can schedule another one-on-one meeting on site at your work and your home.
