Bastille Kitchen is a contemporary French bistro in the heart of Boston’s Innovation District.
From onion soup topped with a sunny side up egg (inspired by a Julia Child recipe) and octopus “ceviche” with guajillo chili oil to vanilla butter poached lobster with sweet potato hash and roast, tea-brined lamb shank (a shout-out to the nearby Boston Tea Party Museum), Chef Adam’s cuisine will appeal to both traditionalists and modern palates.
