About the Chef: Aly Romero is a local Danville resident where she lives with her husband and 3 children. She was recently featured as the Recipe Showdown Winner on ABC's "The Chew". An avid home cook, food and wine enthusiast, Aly has an "elegant" culinary point of view. From her view, elegant eats are everyday recipes, elevated with a few other ingredients or techniques to make them stand out from the ordinary. Her food is fresh, homemade, sometimes healthy (sometimes not!) and has a rustic flair - comfort food with a California edge.
