Shenandoah Flat Water - Looking for a relaxing float trip? Flat water tubing on the Shenandoah River is just what you need! On a sizzling summer day, there?s nothing better than a refreshing flat water float with your family and a picnic! (Hey, it doesn't have to be whitewater to be fun!) This trip is suitable for those looking for a relaxing experience or with younger children (minimum 30 lbs).
Potomac White Water - This is the top pick for 18-30 year olds looking for a river adventure! White water tubing on your own gives you an exciting experience and the freedom to tube wherever the river takes you! The white water trip route passes the historic town of Harpers Ferry, has class I-III white water excitement on the Potomac River, and takes place on a 1/3 longer route than River Riders' competitors! There is a significant amount of paddling and maneuvering involved in this trip. Participants should be 5 feet or taller, 10-12 years of age and up, and strong swimmers. Requirements could change based on water levels.
