We all know the drill, ?Reduce & Reuse?. We all do our best to cut down our waste and plastic use. But what about furniture?
A few years ago, Michelle Clincke, founder of
Indy Blue & Co, started upcycling furniture. If you live around Berkeley you will often see furniture lying on the curb. With the idea to also reduce the dumping of furniture, Michelle started to bring pieces home and bring them back to life.
People loved her bold colors and creativity and started to bring her inherited vintage and antique pieces.
Michelle will refinish your piece of furniture in the style you like. She also sells her own creations or let her know what you are looking for and she will find it and refinish it for you.
Specialty is painting but also some reupholstering.
Read what her clients have to say:
"Michelle is doing an amazing job renovating furniture. She's giving items a beautiful second life! She renovated my husband's grandfather's armchair; she put in so much time and effort and went through every detail. My husband is very attached to this piece, he was thrilled when I brought it home. I cannot recommend Michelle's work enough, she's very talented!"
