The house is a Sunday-Sunday rental and this opportunity is valid from September 16, 2018 ? January 6, 2019 based on availability, excluding Thanksgiving week, November 18-26. The owner will graciously cover the cleaning fees and work out the exact dates for your off-season escape. The winning bidder will receive details on contacting the owner and it's recommended that you select dates as soon as possible. The winning bidder will have to agree to the typical terms and conditions for rental properties with the Brindley Beach management company.
