Item Special Note
The cabin is non-smoking and no-pets. Four wheel drive or chains may be required for the winter months. The only extra fee that the winner bidder will pay is $39.46 (tax included) for the Vacation Rental Property Protection Plan when they register.
Items will be available and must be claimed between 9:15 PM and 9:45 PM.
Winning bidder must confirm their purchase(s) and claim all item(s) at the checkout table in the Silent Auction area.
There are two checkout tables:
Station 1 winning bidder will receive voucher(s) for item(s) won.
Station 2 winning bidder will turn in voucher(s) to receive item(s)
Addendum
As stated in the Special Instructions winning bidder Not PRESENT will be charged using the card registered at bidding for the purchase amount plus the additional shipping and handling fees to receive the winning item(s). Arrival dates will vary depending on shipping location.
If winner is LOCAL and NOT PRESENT, they will be charged using the card registered at bidding for the purchase amount. They may claim items at the Hispanic League home office; 251 N. Spruce St. Winston-Salem, NC 27101 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
