The Xbalanque suites are in a new villa designed with a modern and sleek architecture. An open reception area with lounging, conference room, and exercise room lead into sweeping views of the ocean. Step down into an open dining area and bar surrounding an infinity pool with water flowing over stone into the pool below. A heated spa offers a great place to end the day. Xbalanque has a two rooftop decks designed for lounging, yoga and gazing at the stars.
Xbalanque offers five unique suites, each named for powerful Mayan Gods. Your stay will be in the Earth suite. Earth represents slow movement and our continued change. It symbolizes the need for patience when we face tough decisions, and if focused upon can help your inner thoughts and make the changes you desire possible.
Earth efficiency suite is located on the first level. It has a small living area with a compact kitchen, a queen bedroom with a private bath, travertine shower, and a deck with a garden view.
Roatan is surrounded by a portion of the world?s second largest barrier reef, The Great Western Barrier Reef (second only in size to the Great Barrier Reef of Australia). The island is rich in history including being one of the last bastions for pirates of the Caribbean.
Activities in Roatan include scuba diving, golf, fishing, kayaking (kayaks are provided by the Resort), paddle boarding, parasailing, horseback riding and more.
