Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Reservations must be made at least 45 days in advance of travel. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Hotel selection may be made at time of booking (excludes The Plaza; Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square; Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge, Fairmont Heritage Place, and The Fairmont Pacific Rim).
Participating properties may change without notice. All reservations are subject to space availability at time of booking and must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance.
Once package has been paid for by Non Profit, winner will receive a Bid Winner Booking Form from the Non Profit via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem your travel. Please allow up to (3) weeks to receive your certificate. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Travel must be completed within one year from date of event.
Bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
