TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Airport taxes and carrier imposed fees are the responsibility of the passenger. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. Blackout dates: Jan 10-12, Apr 12-16, Memorial Day weekend, Jul 1-4, Aug 4-6, Labor Day weekend. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required. Package originates from the Contiguous U.S. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Air service will be provided to Savannah. Transportation from Savannah airport to Hilton Head is not included.
Once package has been paid for by Non Profit, winner will receive a Bid Winner Booking Form from the Non Profit via e-mail with instructions on how to redeem your travel. Please allow up to (3) weeks to receive your certificate. All packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Travel must be completed within one year from date of event.
Bidder is reponsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
