The culinary package includes an assortment of organically grown herbs, jam, and olive oil from historic Highland Springs Ranch in Southern California and Paso Robles.
Herbs de Provence: An organic mixture of quality dried herbs including lavender buds from the farm. Use for adding flavor to fish and meat. Also great for BBQ.
Culinary Lavender: A classic herb used by French cooks, lavender adds an aromatic flavor to lamb and chicken. Add a pinch to soups, salads or dressings. Blend it into a fine powder and use for baking for a floral flavor. The farm's premium lavender buds are hand-harvested and minimally processed to preserve the essential oils in the buds.
Bay Leaf: Hand picked from the farm, the leaves are often used to flavor soups, stews, braises and p??_t??_s in Mediterranean cuisine and beans in Brazilian cuisine.
Moroccan Mint Tea: Hand harvested mint from the farm mixed in with green tea leaves. This tea leaves you feeling refreshed.
Lavender Sugar: This lavender-laced sugar will add a delightful flavor to baked goods and beverages. Use it to replace all or part of the sugar in a recipe. Sprinkle on cookies, muffins, cakes and breads just before baking for a lovely effervescence. Enhance a glass of lemonade, hot cocoa or tea with a dash of lavender sugar.
Strawberry Lavender Jam: Grown from the farm, the strawberries are hand harvested and mixed in with a hint of lavender. Use in toast, pancakes or spice up your P&J sandwich!
Rosemary Honey: Honey infused with the farm's own rosemary. Use to sweeten tea, as spread for crackers or toast, or in cooking to give a subtle taste of rosemary.
Lucca Olive Oil: A Medium intensity olive oil produced from estate grown Italian Lucca olive in Paso Robales, CA. Use as dipping oil for bread, or with seafood, vegetable dishes, soups or salads.
Lavender Bouquet: Hand harvested lavender bouquet assembled with different varieties of lavender to add fragrance and color.
