Grape to Glass Tour & Tasting for Two plus 2014 Yountville Merlot and 2016 Reserve Napa Valley Chardonnay.
Enjoy the ABC's of winemaking from grape to glass. Stroll through our Yountville vineyard exploring our farming relationship with terroir and climate, followed by a tank and barrel discussion, barrel tasting, and finishing with a seasonal selection of five wines paired with artisan cheeses.
Grown on the winerys estate vineyard, our Merlot is bright with a rich mouth feel with flavors of plum and tobacco. The tannins are firm but not gritty and the dry finish is punctuated with notes of spicy sweet oak.
Our Chardonnay grapes are estate grown on the estate Spanos Berberian Vineyard, surrounding the winery, and blended with other select vineyards in Carneros and Napa Valley. The Yountville vineyard enjoys warm summer days and cool evenings, resulting in grapes with rich fruit flavors and an excellent acid balance.
