Certificate is valid for standard rooms only. This certificate cannot exceed $200 including taxes per night. Original copy only must be presented. Gift certificate reservations will be accepted no more than 30 days of the arrival date. Reservations are based on availability. Holiday periods such as Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve may not be available. Reservations are based on availability and blackout periods apply. Confirmed reservation dates may be changed at no charge if the Doubletree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay is notified seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Certificate nights must be used consecutively. Certificate holders desiring to stay longer than the designated nights are subject to pay published rates. Transportation is not included. Certificate is valid for room charge only. By redeeming this certificate, (sales tax, food and beverage charges, telephone calls, etc.). These additional charges are to be paid directly to the hotel, incidental charges and gratuities are sole responsibility of the guest. Certificates may not be used at any time for a reservation in conjunction with a meeting, convention, group, etc. Certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions. Please be aware that a lost certificate will not be replaced and the expiration date cannot be extended. The original certificate must be presented upon check-in, valid only through the dates as printed. Certificate has no cash value and may not be sold in any manner with the exception of fundraising activities in the form of a silent auction and/or raffle. Gift certificates that have been resold will be considered null and void.
