To redeem your certificate, please email BusinessTravel@wgresorts.com to make your reservation a minimum of 30 days in advance. Guests must be 21 or older to check in. Certificate redemption is subject to availability. Certificate excludes Westgate South Beach Oceanfront Resort. Reservations are based on availability and may exclude holidays, ski season and special events. Rooms available under the Certificate Travel Program are limited each day at each property and may not be available at any particular property or room type. Room type is two-bedroom unit unless otherwise noted. Certificates are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded. Any guest who would like to add more room nights or upgrade to a larger unit will pay the balance owed at the time of booking. Certificates are only valid for one continuous stay. Once a reservation has been processed, no change can be made to the reservation. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced. Westgate reserves the right to verify authenticity of the certificate. The payment of any taxes, fees and other government or third-party charges is the responsibility of the certificate holder. All certificate holders are responsible for any and all outstanding charges and fees incurred before, during or after their stay. A $50 credit card deposit or $200 cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals. Some destinations are pet-friendly. To find out if a specific resort allows pets, please ask your reservationist. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Westgate Resorts without notice. Expires on 6/26/2019.
Bidding for this item will start online and end at the silent auction. Highest bid will be moved to silent auction. You will be contacted after the event, on June 26th, if you won the item. You will be contacted within 72 hours after the silent auction.
Please bid carefully as ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO RETURNS. Shipping & handling will be automatically charged to the winning bidder (starting at $6.65 for priority flat mail with additional charges for items that require more postage) unless the bidder is at our live event and can pick up the item.
