Bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom has a sauna/shower and fireplace.
There is Wi-Fi and televisions in each bedroom and the living room.
Sleeps 8 guests.
Item Special Note
The winning bidder will have access to the communities gated Burnt Cedar beach and Olympic-size swimming pool. Both are just 3/4 of mile from the property. By car it's 3 minutes and if you walk it's 10 minutes. In addition, you will access to Incline Beach along with the Ski Beach. There is a DAILY FEE for access to these properties...children under the age of 5 years old are FREE; 6-17 years old are $4.00; Adults are $12.00

(1) It'is above Hwy 28 by 3 blocks. (2) It's a 3 minutes walk to the Raley's Shopping Center
During the winter months, families can enjoy Diamond Peak Ski Resort. It's a 5 minute drive from the property.
