Description

The winner of this package will receive a Custom Cajun/Creole Cooking Class for them and up to 3 friends in the comfort of their own home, by the head chef of Ragin Cajun Cookin, Chef Will Staten.

This class will cover the following:
-The history of Cajun/Creole culture
-The basics of making the dishes from prep
-Tasting the dishes and how to plate
-A printed detailed recipe card for what was taught in the class

Chef Will Staten is the founder and head chef of Ragin? Cajun Cookin?, Dubs' Rubs Spice Line, and Dubs' Po' Boy Shop. He has been on several media outlets, such as the Food Network and The World Food Championships. Chef Will has also been a Featured Guest Chef at several highly acclaimed restaurants and organizations, which include Elizabeth Blau's Honey Salt, Hofbrauhaus International, Williams-Sonoma and most recently Whole Foods of Las Vegas. These events have lead to him being invited to several national Food & Wine events including The NYC Wine & Food Fest, the San Diego Wine & Food Fest, and of course his local favorite the Las Vegas Food & Wine Fest.
