The Coronado Playhouse is the oldest, longest continuously run community theatre in San Diego County, and has been dedicated to providing quality entertainment to the Coronado community since 1946. The 100-seat, cabaret-style theatre, overlooks beautiful Glorietta Bay has state-of-the-art equipment and a full-service bar.
The 2018-2019 season will include productions such as: Macbeth, Cabaret, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, DogFight, Shakespeare's The Winter's Tale, Guys and Dolls, Mamma Mia!, and The Old Man and the Old Moon (theater for young audiences).
Stake Chophouse & Bar is prominently situated in the heart of Coronado?s iconic village, and offers San Diegans and visitors alike a modern take on the classic chophouse of decades past. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko?s menu includes a number of share-friendly filets, chops and dry-aged prime steak, an expansive selection of ice cold shellfish & crudo, healthy salads and rustic, wood fire-roasted side dishes, in addition to a handful of freshly composed seafood entrées.
