The 18-hole Port Royal Planter?s Row Course, the Plantation?s third, played host to the Hilton Head Seniors International Golf Tournament, a former Champions TOUR event. Designed by Willard C. Byrd, this course offers a different look from its sister courses. The largest barrier island between New Jersey and Florida, with 12 miles of breathtaking Atlantic beachfront, Hilton Head Island is located on the Intra-coastal Waterway and encompasses vast sea marshes, creeks and lagoons, and moss-draped forests of live oaks, magnolias, pines and palmettos.
