They are a full-service family shoe store with knoweldgeable, courteous sales staff (over 600 years of experience combined!); a full range of sizes and widths for men, women, and children; and the inventory to fit you properly.
What you might not know is that Michelson's is a family-owned business with 3rd and 4th generations involved on a daily basis. They originated as a shoe repair shop in 1919 in Lexington Center, and through the years transformed into a full retail operation. Michelson's expanded to Needham in 1985, the two stores stock identical merchandise, and to accommodate their customer's needs, products are transferred daily.
