Ale brewed with Black Pepper and Coriander 5.5% ABV
HenHouse Saison is made for drinking after a long day at work. We brew it with black pepper and coriander, which builds on the spiciness of the French saison yeast. The grapefruit and orange peel you taste is from a slight Cascade hops addition. Wheat and German pilsner malt give our Saison a dry, gently grainy finish. It's a beer you can sit and think about, but you don't have to.
Our Sonoma County born brewery us currently located in Santa Rosa. Every aspect of our brewery is a reflection of our commitment to our community. The brewhouse was built in Healdsburg. The redwood in the tasting room is from the historic Sturgeon Mill in Occidental. We source our merch as locally as possible. We work with local farmers to reuse our spent grain. As we continue to grow in this location, every step will be focused on creating a business that gives back to our community.
