This print is presented behind glass, professionally double matted and framed in a gold metal frame by Lee's Art Studio in NY, and heavy cardboard backing. It was purchased in Brighton from the artist and donated to AGR from a private collection.
Brighton is a seaside resort on the south coast of England that is part of the city of Brighton and Hove, located 47 miles (76 km) south of London.
Because there is no sand in or around Brighton, nor any rock that would give sand as a product of weathering. Brighton is quite firmly on chalk, and all the pebbles on the beach are nodules of flint that have been weathered out of the chalk.
