Description
Long Island?s Greek dining destination Kyma arrives in Manhattan ? now open in the Flatiron District.
Aiming to transport you straight to a Greek island, the two-story restaurant boasts an all-white interior complete with alcoves and booths ? perfectly lit to evoke a Santorini-style sunset. You?ll also find grand pillars throughout the space, alongside decade-old ceramics and pottery ? all sourced from Athens? markets and alleyways.
Helmed by chef Chris Christou, the menu features Greek specialties with a focus on seafood, including calamari stuffed with four Greek cheeses, lavraki (Mediterranean sea bass) and swordfish with tomato, onion and bell pepper. If you?ve ever been to Kyma in Long Island, you will recognize the restaurant?s signature dishes such as crispy slices of zucchini and eggplant (served with tatziki); zucchini keftedes (with sumac yogurt) and grilled lamb chops.
Item Special Note
