Description
This private workshop with Jackie, researcher and kombucha maker, will teach you all about kombucha and how to make it. In this experience, you will sample different types of kombucha and learn about how its made, as well as how to keep a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) healthy. Each person will receive their own SCOBY (kombucha starter culture) to bring home, and there is an option to purchase a complete starter kit including brewing equipment, food, tools, and instructional guide for $95 which is pre-ordered.
The experience will finish by using a prepared kombucha batch to make your own custom flavor! Each person will bring home one pint of delicious one-of-a-kind kombucha.
