This particular bottle features The Dog and Oyster variety Oyster White. The Dog and Oyster Vineyard is located at the southern most tip of Virginia's Northern neck in the small town of Irvington. The quirky name was created to honor the rescue dogs that reside in the vineyards keeping the grapes safe from pesky critters. They are currently the only vineyard in America crafting wines to pair perfectly with oysters.
