Joan Powers is a Business Manager from 9am-5pm and an artist the rest of the time.  She seeks to capture and share the uniqueness of her subjects not only in her photography but in her other artwork as well.  Joan resides in Massachusetts. It is one of the best places to live as a photographer as the seasons, diversity, ocean and mountains provide something to photograph all year round.

The image is of a bowl made by Joan Powers.  It is constructed entirely of sea glass from her own collection.  The bowl is backlit and enhances the uniqueness of each piece of glass.  All of the sea glass has been collected along the east coast of the United States. imagesthroughtheeyesofjoanpowers.zenfolio.com
