Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. A $9.00 per night government imposed tax is the responsibility of the traveler and required to be paid directly to hotel upon check out. Travelers selecting Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya destinations are responsible for a one time resort fee of $75.00 that includes: One way transportation from airport to resort, daily maid and turndown service, welcome cocktails, local phone calls, Internet access, gym access, inter-resort shuttle service. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. Travelers must be residents of either the United States or Canada. Blackout dates may apply. Holiday travel may require a supplemental fee. Standard package is for two guests. Up to two children age 11 or under can be added at no additional cost at the time of booking. Participating properties are subject to change. Reservations must be booked within 12 months of the date of issue. Travel is valid for 18 months from the date of issue. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a $99.00 rebooking fee.
