What could be better than having your own personal chef create a superb meal which you eat in the company of one of your favorite First Folio artists?
Executive Director David Rice will cook a dinner in his own home for you and three guests of your choice and invite an Artistic Associate of your choice to join the dinner party.
SAMPLE MENU (may be adapted to your dietary needs)
First course: Salad of fresh greens, pear, walnuts, & blue cheese with a pear oil and walnut vinaigrette dressing
Second course: Cheese or Lobster Soufflé or Grilled Shrimp wrapped with Proscuitto and Basil
Third course: Fresh, hot, homemade apple or sour orange pie, served with ice cream.
Wine will be served with every course.
