Mike and Heather Ashley have made over 40 cheeseballs every Christmas season for the past 15 years.
It all begins in October when a collection of hard aged cheddar cheeses from local country stores are merged with spices and held in large sealed bowls till late November.
Cheeseball making commences and each is carefully packaged on one eventful night. The week before Christmas, the cheerful cheeseballs are delivered to those held near to one's heart.
