Casual Gourmet cooking classes are geared towards home chefs who love to play with food! Small groups of students spend time in a professional kitchen and are provided with all necessary ingredients, recipes, and equipment. Your Chef Instructor will work alongside you and not just speak from behind a demonstration table. Their goal is simple: guests will leave our cooking lessons with the experience and confidence to reproduce newly learned recipes and techniques.
Casual Gourmet Chef Instructors are seasoned professionals whose love of food is matched only by their passion for teaching. Your chef is there to ensure the greatest possible learning experience for each and every guest.
With Casual Gourmet, guests of all experience levels can learn to cook. From beginner to whiz, our Chef Instructors can help you learn or refine techniques, so even a good cook can become a great cook! Learning has never been this much fun, or tasty!

- Classes cover a variety of subject matters and are offered on weeknights and weekends.
- Gift certificate may be redeemed for an available cooking class.
- Classes are subject to availability.
- Casual Gourmet culinary classes range in length between 1 and 3 sessions. Sessions are typically 3 hours in length.
- Individual reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Spaces are limited, so book your cooking class early!
- Individual cancellations must be received at least 3 days in advance of class start time in order to be eligible for a refund or future class credit.
- Private group culinary courses are available and booking is recommended at least 3 weeks in advance.
