More than 2,000 ships have sunk in these waters since people began keeping records in 1526, and Olympus Dive Center knows the best wrecks to dive off the coast of North Carolina. And if it is sandtiger sharks you?d like to dive with ? North Carolina is the place. Unlike shark dives in other destinations, Olympus doesn?t chum the water or feed the sharks; the sharks are here year around. While they occasionally frequent all of Olympus? dive sites they are more commonly present on the wrecks of the Spar, the Papoose, the Atlas, the Caribsea and the Aeolus.
The Olympus Dive Center is located at 713 Shepard Street in Morehead City, North Carolina. The Divers' Lodge is located within two blocks of the shop, providing divers with economical accommodations and the opportunity to meet and socialize with divers from around the country. The lodge has 32 bunks in five separate rooms, a large lounge equipped with color TV/DVD/ VCR with cable, microwave, and refrigerator, a great area for post-dive relaxation and socializing!
Includes: Two nights and two days accommodation at the Olympus Dive Lodge, plus two days of dives either on the 65-foot Olympus (25 passengers) or the 48-foot Midnight Express (18 passengers). Weights provided.
Not included: Transportation to and from your location to Olympus, meals, scuba tanks and equipment rental.
