"The Chef is a master. Each bite was an ahhhh moment, which complemented the wine as the wine complemented the food. This food was so much better than either Bouchon or Bottega in Yountville that we wondered why the chef is located at the winery and not at his own restaurant. If you have the opportunity to spend some time there, you should seriously enjoy this wonderful experience.....We have attended many, many wine and food pairings in the past, and this was truly among the top few.?
