Join The Friends of Harvard Water Polo Head Coach Ted Minnis, in Blodgett Pool for the ultimate water polo experience! Coach Minnis and the Harvard men's squad are currently 25-0 and ranked No. 9 in the country! 

Learn how to play water polo, fine tune your skills, or just relish the experience of being coached in the pool by one of the top water polo coaches in the country! 

Bring your family, friends or team (limit to 8 people), to join you in the pool (or cheer you on from the deck) in this one hour ultimate water polo experience! 

Please note, this must be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date. Blackout dates will occur, and will be scheduled around available pool time.

*Due to NCAA rules, participants must be 5th grade & below, or post-college. All prospective student-athletes are not eligible to participate.*

 Ted Minnis is in his 10th year as The Friends of Harvard Water Polo Head Coach. Minnis is the 10th coach in Harvard men's and women's water polo history, and the first individual to serve in the role since the position was endowed in May 2013. 

Minnis led the Crimson to its fifth consecutve season with 20 or more wins, completing the year with a 22-8 overall record and a second-place finish in the Northeast Water Polo Conference for the 2018 season. For the second-striaght year, he guided junior Austin Sechrest and sophomore Dennis Blyashov to All-America Honors. Additionally, Minnis aided three Crimson players, Blyashov, Sechrest and first-year Noah Hodge,  First Team All-NWPC honors for the first time in program history while Sechrest was named NWPC Most Valuable Player of the Year. In another set of firsts, the Palo Alto, California native shocked the water polo community as he coached the program to its first victory over a top-three ranked opponent after defeating then No. 3 California with a  triple overtime 15-14 victory on Sept. 15. Minnis now boasts 171 victories with the men's team over the course of nine seasons.
