This gentle two-hour adventure is perfect for families, friends, seniors, or anyone who wants to slow down and absorb the wellness that nature has to offer. Your guide will be Larry Williams, certified CA naturalist, Stewards volunteer and docent.

Anticipate a relaxed stroll along the trails of Armstrong Redwoods SRA, lasting about about 2 hours. This guided walk includes animal tracking, and watching for hidden signs of the diverse wildlife that inhabit Sonoma County. Choice of terrain will depend on the ability and interests of the participants. Larry will customize your adventure based upon your interests and abilities.
Your personal guide, Larry Williams, is a Certified CA Naturalist, a Certified Animal Tracker, and a docent with Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods. He has extensive specialized knowledge inanimal tracking, forest interpretation, and wellness walking, and to guide you through new insights in forest appreciation. Larry is a charming and informed guide. He is also trained for response to medical emergencies.
Younger children are welcome, but must be carried or supported by adults. People under 12 must have parents with them. Alter-abled people are welcome, subject to advance notice. People in wheelchairs must have a pusher with them, if need be. No Pets, Please.
