Pumpkin Pie
This homemade pumpkin pie, made with freshly roasted pumpkin, is baked in a salted graham cracker crust. It will be made fresh and delivered to your home on a day of your choosing. Nathanael will contact the winning bidder to arrange the date of delivery. This 10-inch pie serves 8-10 people.
Ingredients: Freshly roast pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, brown sugar, spices, flour*, salt. Graham crackers, butter.
*can substitute gluten free flour upon request
Note: best when baked in season (October - November) but can be made year-round with canned pumpkin. The flavor is slightly different but still delicious.
