Au Jus is a 2017 Monterey County Chardonnay showcasing a robust malolactic fermentation; its label doesn?t lie. This glass of liquid gold was crafted from grapes grown in the best conditions offered in a coastal climate. The aromas of this wine brought the label of dripping butter to life, and on my palate, this chardonnay reveled in the smooth, stone fruit flavors and buttery finish.
Iris, Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Ruby color. Aromas of dried cherry, cranberry, warm candle, fresh grenadine, and wood ear mushroom with an vibrant, fruity light body and a delightful, medium-length candy apple and spiced pine nuts finish. A fruit-forward pinot noir with lots of pure varietal character.
