Aromas of sour cherry, black forest and Christmas cake along with notes of perfumed jasmine. A savory palate of sweet spices, dark fruits and paprika. The long finish is well-structured.
Blend: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Shiraz, and 7% Merlot.

"Very solid, with a graphite spine running from start to finish, while steeped black currant and blackberry fruit rumbles through. Loam, mint and tar notes fill out the background. Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot. "

Our Flagship wine. A classic Constantia blend of the five archetypal Bordeaux varieties ? Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. A cool maritime climate and strict crop control results in perfectly ripened grapes that are hand harvested, meticulously sorted and batch vinified.

Southern Right is re-defining Pinotage with this intense classically styled, clay-grown wine, packed with complex berry fruit, beautiful tannins and subtle wood spice. Full ripeness and the longer hang-time afforded by cooler sites, combined with the complex, more classic fruit aromas and structure resulting from clay-rich soil, make this wine a highly individual expression of South Africa?s unique grape variety.
